I studied at Hofstra University, which is where I received my natural science undergrad degree with a concentration in mathematics. I then went on to earn my MBA at the University of Florida.I enjoy tutoring in math because of how the material can be connected to basic life skills, whether it is logic, problem-solving, cooking, and general reasoning. I am a laid back tutor who understands that not only will my students make mistakes, but that they are able to learn from them. I can also tailor my style of teaching so that each student gets the best chance at success.I am able to tutor in a wide variety of subjects and in many levels within each subject. For example, I can tutor students in math, ranging from elementary math to arithmetic and trigonometry. I can also help a lot with homework support and business classes.When I have some free time to myself, I like to watch television and movies, especially anything that has time travel in it. I also enjoy reading books that take classic stories and re-imagine them into newer stories. I also spend some time cross-stitching and crocheting. I am in the process of teaching myself how to knit.

In my spare time, I like to watch TV and movies, especially when time travel is involved. The idea of time and time travel is fascinating to me. I also like to books that take a classic story and re-imagine them into different contexts, places, and times. I am currently reading "Cress", the third book in the Lunar Chronicles series by Marissa Meyer. "Cress" is based on the story of Rapunzel and is woven into the previous novels "Cinder" (based on Cinderella) and "Scarlet" (based on Little Red Riding Hood). In addition to reading, TV, and movies, I like to do counted cross-stitch and crochet. I am also teaching myself how to knit.
